Senior residents lead this discussion of recent articles. Evidence-based medicine principles are reviewed and reinforced with the assistance of the faculty.
Scholarly Activity Forum
Third year residents present the results of their scholarly activity projects that were completed during their residency.
Afternoon conferences are held Mon to Fri from 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm. On Tuesdays we have the Clinical Assessment Rounds that are geared towards the first year residents. The Resident Report (Morning Report) is held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and the discussion is led by the senior resident with chief resident and faculty participation.
Throughout the year we have CPCs, M&M, Code Reviews, and Board Reviews and occasional medical jeopardy conferences. The CPC, M&M, and Code Review conferences are led by the residents.
