Join us for a Free Community Health Screening.
Free Community Heart Screening Includes:
- Mini-paper survey to determine your risk factors for heart disease
- Blood pressure check
- Body fat % test
- Body mass index calculation
- Cholesterol screening (if you have two or more risk factors)
When:
Screenings held on the first & third Monday of each month
7am to 9am
No appointment necessary

Please note: if the results of the risk assessment score you at Moderate to High Risk for Heart Disease during the screening, you will qualify for a free fasting cholesterol and glucose blood test. For this test, you should be fasting (no food or drink except water/medication for 10-12 hours). If possible, we recommend that you fast before arriving so you can proceed immediately to the brief blood test if your score warrants this additional testing.
