Schwartz Center Rounds

Schwartz Center Rounds is a multidisciplinary forum where caregivers discuss difficult emotional and social issues that arise in caring for patients. Since 2007, caregivers at MacNeal Hospital have been meeting every other month to discuss a topic that is helpful. The group is led by a facilitator and a panel presents on the selected topic. The Schwartz Center Rounds act as a reminder of how to practice good, compassionate medicine. Topics have included:
